Crime Bluff

Dear Mom,
Our week went really well, we taught lots of people and found lots of new investigators to teach. This week we had what was called a Polar Vortex. Some kind of cold front that hit us so it has been 60 to 70 degrees and no humidity. It has been so nice. We were spoiled so now that it is getting Hot we are going to hate life! So my camera, something is wrong with the computer inside there, it will take pictures but the screen that you are able to see what you are taking a picture of is pure white. Best Buy told me to send it back in. But i have been camera less for awhile and have no camera. I might be getting transferred next week so i want to be able to take some pictures before i leave!
Oh yes i have been getting the kids letters, they are awesome. I can't believe they can write their name and draw and stuff, they are still 3 to me.
Well this week we did some great work. Probably the most funny or exciting thing that happened was that we witnessed a drug deal haha. We teach some people at this super sketchy apartment complex and you just see this guy knock on the door of an apartment, then he slips the money under the door. Then, he talks through the window (probably like a drive through pick up haha) and then the guy hands him the stuff through the window.
Then also this week i went on exchanges with the Zone Leaders, i went down to Pine Bluff Arkansas, also known as Crime Bluff. So i was with Elder Soleberg and we were walking down the street when this car pulls up and this Black guy sticks his hand out in the shape of a gun and yells "Give me all ya got!" it scared the crap out of us. Then he was like, "whats good guys?" and we were like what the crap. He asked us how he could get a name tag like ours and i told him that he would need to join the church and then go on a mission., he thought that was funny. Then we started talking gospel and he asked the question, "where does Satan live exactly?" and we were like we aren't sure where exactly he is. Then he said and pointed at Elder Soleberg, "the devil is in all of us, your the d*$n Devil!" it was so funny! The guy called us missionaries devils! haha. Only in the South. So that was about our week, nothing "too" crazy, just the usual.
Yeah so i am kinda thinking that i am going to be transferred next week, i have been here 6 months. Long time. But yeah things are going great, loving it. if you could send the old camera and all of the chargers and stuff that would be great!
Thanks Mom you are awesome! Love yall.
Love Elder Nielson
